Have we reached a tipping point in the design of classroom training materials? Are we seeing the end of the participant guide? I think we are. Why?

  • Budgets are being cut.
  • Companies are going green.
  • Brain based learning is becoming a focus.
  • Technology is finally making it possible.
  • The pace of change makes maintenance of content difficult.
  • The rise of performance support.
